Vision
Over the years mobile technologies have been integrated in many aspects of the business and consumer markets. Almost every person in the Netherlands (and in Europe) owns a mobile telephone and reaps the benefits of technologies such as the usage of wireless internet at home, at work or while travelling.
Technological development in the mobile sector does not end there as new technologies present itself such as the usage of RFID's which offers consumers a host of possibilities. RFID is, for example, already a part of the previously mentioned OV-Chipcard which is introduced nationwide in the Netherlands in 2010.
Our vision is that the NFC mobile phone will become the remote control for the future, which consumers can use to access various services. Next to increased convenience for the customer this will lead to cost benefits for companies.
These wireless technologies cannot operate without a stable and reliable back-office solution. Activating customers, invoicing, increase the value on an electronic purse (e-Purse) or changing a subscription for mobile services. There is a growing need to have these solutions as a Managed Service. This allows companies offering its customers mobile solutions to concentrate on their core business: product development, marketing and customer service.
