As a Co-founder of Telexis, Mr. Bangma has been involved in the setup and organization of Telexis since 1999. At present Mr. Bangma is responsible for Product Development as well as the day to day running of the company. In addition to these tasks, Mr. Bangma is also responsible for the company's finances.
As a Telexis consultant Mr. Bangma was responsible for the adaptation of IT systems and the infrastructure of KPN Telecom with regards to the rollout of DSL services on the existing KPN Telecom network. As a technical project manager he was directly involved in the rollout of the OVCP scheme (Nationwide ticketless travelling project) for Dutch Rail (NS) in the Netherlands.
During his career Mr. Bangma has gained alot of experience managing multi functional teams, providing solutions from a business oriented approach. Starting his career at KPN, Mr. Bangma fulfilled various project roles. During his tenure at EnerTel he managed the implementation of different telecom services as well as customer care and billing systems.
Mr. Bangma received his batchelors degree from the Technical College in Leeuwarden in the Netherlands and his Masters in Business Administration during his studies in the United Kingdom.
